Thank you for supporting the Tyler Junior College Cheer Program and Harry the Hawk. Please complete the form below with details about the requested event no later than 7 days in prior to the event.
Mascot Reminders:
- You must provide the mascot a private/secure location to change & leave necessities.
- We ask that you limit the amount of food, drinks or outside elements to avoid damaging the suit.
- Please be limited the appearance to no longer than I hour.
- Summer availability is limited as students are only on campus at various time.
- All events must provide cold water and/or Gatorade for the mascot and security staff – If the event is held during a meal time, we would appreciate if you would provide a snack or meal for the mascot and staff.
